Bowling has always been about precision and accuracy. You need to hit the balls again and again and therefore, a little bit of patience as well. There are many Bowling lovers all over the world and usually it’s the game you play after a busy day to have fun with your friends and enjoy. But it’s not just a time-pass game for everyone and there are many hardcore lovers who’re willing to have their careers in this game. For all of them, there are many apps in the App store for Bowling and some of them are doing very good. But they are not sufficient enough to calm down the excitement of these crazy fans and they want more. So we have another game from the same department that is sure to knock you all out! Let’s check it out then!
I am talking about the latest iOS app called Bowl With Me that has been developed by a collaboration of Megu Games and Bitwise Design. Though the app is universal and is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, the best experience is offered on iPad.
Bowl With Me comes with a finishing touch from a jeweller. The graphics are stunning and will blow you off. The overall setup makes it look as if you’re actually inside a club with a scoreboard running at the top. What’s better is the combination of physics with this beautiful geography that makes it all as realistic as watching a Hollywood flick right out from the animation studios. You can feel the weight of the ball and the knocking of the pins as if they’re hit by a storm. The developers have even included several different balls with different weights as it’s in the real case. But you need coins to unlock these balls. So where will that money come from?
Bowl With Me is a combination of solo and multiplayer gaming. While the solo mode is mainly for practicing and honing your skills, multiplayer stage is the real place to show them off to the world. You can go for head to head in single matches or you can make a team of two as well and go against another team. As is the case with many other apps, you can either challenge your friends or you can go against any random player from the community. Sign in with Facebook, challenge your friends and post your winning streaks on your wall.
You can track your multiplayer career stats and achievements in the GameCentre and check out if you are the best or there are still others to get down. The game has not been released yet and will be released on March 6, but it was an absolute pleasure to try my hands on this one. If Bowl With Me is in your phone’s menu, you don’t need to visit a sports club to enjoy and have fun.
Pros: amazing graphics; realistic physics; GameCentre achievements; solo and multiplayer mode; free.
Cons: none.
