Do I require any additional API keys or request headers?
No, when you create a project in MockingCloud, you will be assigned a unique URL; replace the API base/host URL in your code/config. All of your calls will be tracked against that specific URL. There are no additional API headers or keys required.
How quick are API responses?
Most API responses are under 200ms; however, if you would like to simulate delays, you can do so as well.
Can I include CORS headers?
Yes, once you enable CORS at the project level, you can add all available CORS headers.
Is it possible to randomize or customize API responses?
Yes, depending on how you configure your endpoint in MockingCloud, you can do that. By default, your responses will be OpenAPI spec examples; however, you can configure them to be random values in OpenAPI spec responses, en customizes different responses for various demand parameter configurations.
Can I work together with my team?
Yes, we help team collaboration; you can add teammates, and they can customize API responses for existing projects, create new projects, and so on.
Is my payment information safe?
MockingCloud processes all payments through Stripe. Your card information will be wholly stored in Stripe’s systems, and you can actually manage your payment methods through the app’s Stripe Billing console.
